Plagued by nightmares, spirits of all kinds, the unpredictability of his genetic inheritance, witches out to destroy him, and slightly more mundane hardships, he is forced into adulthood before his time. However, he is never completely alone on his journey, and finds himself in the company of good friends from both the human and spirit worlds.

It must be due to their good natures that Velvet and Thomas put up with Viana... or maybe it is due to their joy in lighting her fuse. "Deer Me" is a weekly on-line comic about this trio of roommates and their not-so-normal day-to-day routines. This comic's focus is on the silliness that everyday life can bring and the lighter side of taking the dark view of everything. From the pains of running a convention to the agonies of bad Christmas trees to the perks of a rainy day, the three find their way, supported by each other and their band of friends and family.

The Juathuur belong to no nation, and backed by the mysterious powers they possess, have sworn themselves to the duty of maintaining peace and a balance of power between kingdoms. But not all Juathuur suscribe to this ideology. Some have become deserters, and have banded together with an alternate goal in mind. This schism has set in motion an epic conflict. Whichever group emerges victorious will determine the Way of the future.
